French press 的確比 Dripping 式 味道豐富。

咖啡油和一些細膩的東西沒有被濾紙拿掉，就像unfiltered honey and beer。 

只是清理收拾比較麻煩。

This does the job equally well with one order of magnitude ease of cleaning up after coffee is made. Fine coffee grounds getting through the filter mesh is the inherent problem with French press.

French Press 出來的 咖啡 - 風味又比Dripping 的 稍勝一籌。

苦一點點點，但明顯比較香。

就像沒有過濾的Honey， Beer 一樣。 

Dripping 的 咖啡不會有那浮在上面的泡沫。
