我在外面喝這個咖啡，那個咖啡，結果回到家來喝自己作的咖啡，說
Me and my son Kenny spent 6 days driving a new 2014 Camry from Fullerton to Darien, Illinois because Kenny will be studying DO at Midwestern University, Downers Grove, Illinois. I had drunk three times Caribou coffee in Downers Grove (5 stars), Caffe BACI coffee in Downtown Chicago (4 stars) and Biggby coffee in Champaign (2 stars). After being away for 2 and 1/2 weeks, I was home again to make my sea-salt-roasted Ethiopian coffee. The coffee tasted so strange to me. Only a few minutes later I could assure myself of its unrivaled magnificent flavor.

Chinese work around the year. So, any day in the year one goes to Chinatown, he won't be surprised to see stores not open. I had broken away from my daily 'mechanical' routines for 2 and 1/2 weeks because I committed myself to sharing driving the new Camry with Kenny over a journey of about 2016 miles (Wiki answer between LA and Chicago) and to a short stay in Darien, Illinois. Today I had to jump start our Acura Legend (22 years old). Then I found myself not very used to driving on Euclid street. It soon became clear that cars running in Darien and Downers Grove, Illinois are far less than here. On the 2nd day when picking up my erhu (Chinese violin), I was all prepared to struggle playing anything on the instrument. To my big big surprise, I found my fingers moving and flexing agilely on the strings and my erhu sound was never so alive and beautiful. I just realized letting my fingers take a short vacation is, after all, beneficial. Perhaps it will also do good to my ping pong because I have had hard time getting rid of much of those stubborn bad habit (incorrect body swing and other things).
同樣的道理， 我們當基督徒的，每一天定要和上帝有 'quiet time'，不能從早忙到晚， 馬不停蹄，大家同意嗎？
