This little thing often shows up when I am doing my daily 外丹 exercise.  

This morning I told her to wait for me (in Taiwanese).  

Surely when I got my camera, she was still there at the same spot.

Yunnan Tou Tea 雲南沱茶

In the 90s I used to drink this Yunnan Tou tea, 

made from tea leaves of hundred year tea tree on the high mountain in Yunnan.

Today I realize Tou tea is very friendly to my stomach. 

This fermented tea should offer many health benefits. 

Also, since it is from hundred years old tea tree, it ought to be intrinsically organic.

Now I don't find any of these from Chinese herb stores. 

I contemplate on shopping on-line.
