Long long time ago someone asked if this was Mexican cheese? He had never seen this Chinese steamed pastry before which is widely eaten by northern Chinese in China and also gets popular later in Taiwan.

TSP defense racket

TSP defense racket made some 20+ yrs. ago - a little crooked when I got it. It has been pressed between two stacks of brick for 4 - 5 years, This morning I took it out and the racket (surface) looked perfectly flat.
